The middle setting on the high speed apparently mimics the same damping as on the old RCT3 damper. Rebound is on the bottom and adjustment is simple to adjust on the fly and gives a big range of control. Options are numerous for the Lyrik and of course wheels are catered for in both 27.5 and 29er flavour as well as being boosted of course.
